Method:
(2S,4R)-acid methyl ester hydrochloride synthesis method is more complicated, roughly divided into the following steps:
1. (2S,4R)-4-aminopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester is reacted with a tert-butanol acid protecting agent in an appropriate solvent to obtain (2S,4R)-4-Boc-aminopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester.
2. The product obtained in step 1 is reacted with hydrochloric acid to generate (2S,4R)-4-Boc-aminopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester hydrochloride.
3. Finally, the target product was obtained by crystallization.
